Source Guests for Podcast

Hello, I am looking for the right person that understands the message of the show and would like consistent work. As there is a lot of other opportunities as the show grows: However to start I am looking for someone to do the following: 1. Schedule at least 1 Guest per week to Interview My Guest criteria is as follow: 1. 25k or more followers on a single Social media Platform or someone who is extremely relevant to the show I'm really looking for someone that is genuinely interested in the show topic which is Yoga, Meditation & Breath work for the real world. The Podcast publishes one interview and one meditation or breathing technique per week. I already have email templates and tons of past emails to use as references. So it is pretty straight forward. My response rate has been pretty high 25-40% and about 20% of guests I reach out to book. However, I am looking for someone to dedicate the time to source guests regularly so I can focus on other aspects of the business. Overall, my deciding factors will be based on freelancers interest in the topic, price and ability to expand beyond just sourcing guests.
