I would like to offer a small business bookkeeping service for $35.56 / month. This includes up to 100 transactions per month. Additional transactions are billed at $0.15 each. This basic bookkeeping service utilizes Outright (free, like mint, but designed for businesses) OR, at your option and cost, Quickbooks online (currently $12.95+ per month). This basic bookkeeping service would include:
* Organization and categorization of transactions in Outright and Neat Receipts, no less often then every 15 days
* Monthly e-mail report of profit/loss, current liquid capital (simplified balance sheet), and income and expense summary
Based out of Illinois, I am registered with the IRS as a tax return preparer and have 8 years experience in bookeeping and tax preparation. I am familiar with Neat Receipts / NeatWorks.
To help with tax planning and preparation, I can prepare a "Schedule C Worksheet" that lists deductions for $40. Alternatively, since I am a registered tax return preparer, I am able to provide full tax preparation services. Bookkeeping clients receive a 25% discount on tax preparation, and most sole proprietor returns are between $150-$250, depending on complexity.
As your business grows, I would be happy to offer payroll and invoice services, as well.
