2. To strongly support the development of new business.
3. To ensure that operational standards and controls are complied with and able to review and introduce new controls with legislative regulatory changes and best practice.
4. To ensure timetables and deadlines are adhered to including across the office operations function generally.
5. Prepare management accounts, reports, budgets, quarterly VAT returns, expense management etc.
1. You MUST have a strong and reliable Internet connection with PC/Laptop.
2. You MUST have a quiet place to take calls.
3. Must have fluent and grammatically correct English
4. Be highly communicative via calls and texts.
5. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Outlook, google drive, google docs, google calendar
6. Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines within a varied workload
7. Ability to think outside the box and be resourceful to provide recommendations to help improve processes and to find solutions of problems.
8. Outstanding administrative support and personal assistant skills
9. Exceptional planning and arrangement skills, detail-oriented, and tech savvy
