Fix up my Accounts to IFRS Standard for my Bank

I have small import-outport business with $250k a year turnover. 15 Transactions per month. Simple cash in, cash out. No loans, stock or complicated concepts. My bank asked me to prepare accounts which I have done. I use the Webbased Quickfile package. All transactions are imputed and reconciled. I outputted the accounts from the package. I sent the bank the accounts however they have requested that they are in IFRS Standard. The job is to take my 2019 and 2018 accounts, check them and then put them into an IFRS standard that a bank is likely to accept. I am guessing as an accountant you will already have a standard XLS or template to export the accounts into. My company is in a jurisdiction that does not require an audit. So the job is just to take the accounts, check them and make them Bank / IFRS friendly. This job is a one off however it may well become an ongoing requirement. I have attached the output from Quickfile for 2019. I am fine to give you access to the online Quickfile program if you wish that. Ideally I am looking for an accountant with an accreditation that will impress my bank. Not necessarily a big company but an recognised accreditation would be good.
