Directory site design job

I have a website homepage design that I need expanding out to fit the whole of the site, and then replicated with slightly different colour schemes and functionality for another, similiar site. There are also admin panel design requirements The original designs are in Illustrator format, and I will need these converted into layered Photoshop/Fireworks files and HTML. In total I will need 32 front of house pages (pages visible to a standard web user), 7 back of house pages (pages visible to members and administrators) and 2 HTML email templates designed. I repeat. There are two sites that need to be completed. Both are very similiar in design and layout. One of these already has a nearly completed home page design as a layed Illustrator file which I will provide to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables Whilst this job is fairly standard stuff, I do require a designer with an understanding of the customer experience. Standard packages should have promotional buttons built into the back of house admin panels, promoting package upgrades. I will supply the Illustrator documents to the selected designer alonside colour scematics for the other site. The selected designer will be expected to use their initiative at times to come up with sensible solutions to design challenges.
