Convert Web Page to Email Newsletter

We would like our website design (CSS, XHTML 1.0 transitional) converted to an email newsletter. The newsletter needs to be tested in email clients such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Apple Mail, Lotus Notes, Outlook; and the newsletter must appear the same as the webpage. The following page should be used as the template for the email newsletter: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working script as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables will be installed by the Buyer. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Deliverables must have already been tested in all specified email clients and appear the same in email clients as it does on Buyer's website. 5) Deliverable must be sent to one of our email accounts for us to make sure it looks and functions exactly the way the webpage does.
