We are looking to have programmer preform the following task for our wordpress site. 1. upgrade wordpress from 4.3.1 to current version Getting error the update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to permissions (need to keep current theme and site) we had several custom blocks build for visual composer. 2. We built on our demo domain [login to view URL] and when complete transfered to live site [login to view URL] getting message on live site trying to connect to [login to view URL] and takes long to load. Need fixed This is a Micro project please bid based on project budget

Hi, We are a UK based agency and can help you with this. The error you are seeing that slows the site will be some files still reference your old development site and the links need updating in the database. We can also manually update Wordpress for you to get around those permission issues - or fix them to make it easier for future updates. Thanks Richard
