Need some customize work on my wordpress social/dating theme

Hello freelancer, My name is Rehman. After being unsuccessful and failure on my php project, it come to my attention that wordpress is the easiest and cheaper way to start the project. Most of the php freelancer are very greedy and asking way too much and after hiring php freelancer, not only he made my project failed, but also made me broke. Therefore, i would like to try my project on wordpress for final and last time. It's seem to be bit easier and cost effective too compare to php. What i read on google and heard from other about wordpress. It's all about customization of theme and integration of plugin's into theme and large numbers of free plugin's as well as paid plugin's available on wordpress market. I did try it myself as well earlier this year and looked to me very easy and straight forward compare to php. Since i do not have much experience on either on wordpress or php. Therefore, i need help on this project. I have social/dating theme and i need help to upload it and some customization work on it. I have created required work document and I have limited budget, so whatever the tasks, you can do easy and cheaper. It will be fine by me and will be appreciated. All details will be provided and my requirement document is attached. Please read through before bidding.
