Custom Wordpress plugin

Hi, I need a custom wordpress plugin to be made. What the plugin will be used for and what it needs to be capable of doing. - The plugin should be easy to install just like any other wordpress plugin. - Once the plugin is installed on a wordpress site and people start to go on the site it should determine if a visitor is logged in to google +,twitter or facebook. -Once a visitor views a video or click on any link on the site(I dont mean like a fb like button I mean say for instance the visitor clicks on privacy policy or about us) the plugin should auto like the link on facebook,auto share the link and a short discription on google+ and twitter if the visitor is logged into any of those sites. -The plugin must not post multiple likes and shares + descriptions on facebook,google+ or twitter. -the plugin must run in stealh mode so that the user that visits the site does not know he or she has liked the plugin or shared it on goolge or twitter. - I want to sell this plugin to potential autoblog customers as a mean to drive more traffic to their blogs. -The plugin should have a verification system say for instance when someone buys the plugin from me their email or username should be added to a database and they need to activate the plugin in their wordpress site and verify their email address from within the plugin setup [login to view URL] they dont activate the plugin then they wont be able to use it.
