I am an advanced Javascript, Jquery and C# developer. I work fast and I am quite affordable given favourable the exchange rate (am based in Cape Town, South Africa). I would propose building a custom pure javascript plugin that would asynchronously commit the users' prediction to your datasource. (assuming you have one? [msql database or something]) similarly for pulling the fixtures, and actual scores etc i would again pull that using custom ajax requests from the datasource.
