Apple InApp Purchase Setup Help.

I have a program that I am making free and it already has inapp purchase built in but I need to move this to a free program of the same app.

I am having issues getting it to show the in app purchase items. It loads but never shows them.

I have been pulling my hair out trying to find the fix but now I have to resort to [url removed, login to view] to help.
