Android Developer needed (scan barcode, web db lookup)

Looking for someone that can create a quick applicaiton that will scan a barcode using the android barcode scanner (or do OCR on a single area of text) and then take that data, post it in an internet form and take the resulting web page and combine it with another web data lookup and display it on the phone in a "nice" readable format on the phone. This application is to scan automotive VIN numbers (most newer cars have VIN barcodes available, but older ones would have to be OCR'd), then take that VIN and look up data on a password protected website (to decode the year/make/model and obtain some pricing info), and then look up data on one or more of the public websites (i.e. kelly blue book, NADA Guides, [login to view URL], etc.) to get detailed trade-in, private party sales, and retail pricing.
