Hello, My first guess is that you drain current using Arduino fom USB due to connection with actuators like relay. To verify this is the problem, connect Arduino to an adapter (power supply) while it is plugged in USB as well. The problem is expected to be solved then

Reinstall Arduino IDE with latest version. Uninstall previous drivers and reinstall them. If the problem remains contact me with your system details. It has nothing to do with your Arduino code.
