configure 2 Windows 2012 to connect 2 hyper-v Networks

Hi I have 2 server in windows 2012, each one have a hyper-v they are connected by crossover cable, I need someone with experience who can connect the 2 networks creating routes or RRAS or some other easier way. Actually the 2 networks can connect but they use 2 Virtual cards on each computer so that is not the easiest way because represent lots of work if we will have many computers.
this job can be done for someone with experience in 1 hour, but if you are good I will need more support in the future projects.
