UCS Banker is a reliable package for co-operative societies. Basically this package contains 7 modules. General standard contains all the pre-requisite data entry forms. Such as Ledger head creation and Scheme entry form. Those data will be reflected in the relative master forms throughout the package. Asset and Liability contains all the master forms. Such as Customer Creation, Share master entry, all types of deposit & Loan master forms. Transaction section deals with all the real time financial transactions. It also deals with transfer transaction & cheque transaction. It also shows cash denomination. Approval section allow each master and transaction entry approved by a higher authority. It enhances the security measures and blocks illegal entries. From the Report section we can get all the basic reports such as cash book, day book & scroll. Also we can get Individual statement, Loan register, maturity register etc. we also get financial reports like PL statement, trial balance & balance sheet. Along with those modules we also provide search option, Interest calculation, daily back up and Disc writing option under Utility Head.
