Custom Web project like [login to view URL] but the search is based on GPS ( nearest location )

Hi there,

We would like to create project that's Web Based. A Mobile Look websites.

That's like [ [login to view URL] ] but this one needs GPS to help people know what's the closest product around them.

How it's work:

* The Main purpose of this web is : To give people a Medium to display and sell their goods to people closest to their location

Off course the system will try to give product that is available and informative

Facility / Required Moduls:

* People can login / Register via : manually, Google Account or Facebook Account

Fields that each account should have : Name, Location by text, Phone, Location by GPS, CumulativeRating, FrontBanner, CumulativeBalance

* Each Account can provide their store location by GPS & Text ( Address written manually )

* Each Account can add their Product based on categories, and each prodcut may have up to 5 Images

Since most will be food , is has field : Portion / Weight

* Each Product has a field named : Approved & Admin Rating ( That's to be set by Admin ), system can choose wheter all next posted product required admin

approval or not to be displayed

* Admin can administer product

* In the front page, people is provided with Product ( mostly food ) with information of Rating,

Price, Size, Total View, Last Updated and the owner

There is special front page : ( with 4 buttons, that each button describe bellow )

Front page [ every product page has minimum filter : Max Distance ( Default 10 KM ), Category ( All default , can be multiple with check box ) ]

-> Product nearby & [ promoted product, still the promoted product

must be near of the people that sees it , so it's not to be treated differently, only it has different background and style ]

-> Popular Product , It contain only the the most viewed + ( best rating * ( special variable ) ), in the row no 4-6, there is

items that to be promoted by admin ( But still it has to be in 10 KM ( by default location , but can be changed by The Viewer

-> Latest , it contain only the newest post with minimum filter

-> Advanced Search :

by : Category , KM ( Distance Range ) , Price Range, Size (Weight), Description ( Text )

* Each Product Looks has :

- estimated distance

- main image

- name & category

- size

- rating

- total view

- the picture of the owner & the name ( small enough in front of the image )

* Common Report such as View per Product, Grand Total etc is included

* In the end , people may promote their account or product , currently by click request promote to the product page ( their own product only )

* Though people can not buy directly via this sites but they can leave message to admin or the owner of the product that they request this product

* People also can give sign that this product is bad / not existant, and all things that each account do can be seen in their history.

( their comments, rating given, product added ) , for saying this product is not existant or bad report ( only admin may see it in special pages

to see complaint )

All other facility is very close with [login to view URL], but the looks is responsive web and the prefered search is by location

Looks :

* Front page ( we have sample of the UI ), is consist of product that has 4 main looks:

+ By Closest Location, + By Trends ( Rating & Location ) , + Latest ( TIme & Location ), or Advanced Search

Requirement.

* We prefer it's coded in PHP & CSS with MySQL database ( Support Trigger is fine ), since we will host it in

hostgator or equal webserver

* This Web, will be loaded in Android APP. Please give a bit consideration that this web may run well in Simple Android APP that load websites.
