You have an option of creating two apps one facing the customer and the orger one facing the delivery person or making one app with options of signing in as a customer or a delivery person. Admin panel has to be a webscript. As well as Web...Bugfree 20%-When both app are approved and released by the app stores 23%-Released at 45 days of app functioning perfectly and without any bugs Make this your reference; Customer Side App Features (iOS and Android and Web): X Delivery: - Sign up via email or Facebook. - Ability to send real time service requests. - Ability to schedule service request for later time. - Ability to enter parcel pickup and drop off location address. - Ability to view the parcel status. - Ability to view expected delivery time. - Ability to view ongoing and previous service requests. - Ability to view delivery driver's information. - Ability to Text/Call the delivery driver, - Live tracking of delivery. - Ability to pay for the order using paypal or directly using a credit card - Rate/Review the services. - Notifications about request status,payment details etc. Delivery driver side (Android and iOS) : Parcel Delivery: - Sign up process for the delivery drivers. - Ability to receive service requests in real time. - Ability to view scheduled service requests. - Ability to accept/reject service request in real time. - Ability to view pick-up and drop off location for the service requests. - Turn by turn navigation to pickup and drop off location. - Ability to call/Text the customer. - Ability to update request status and view service history. - Ability to review the customer.
