Convert a Template to a Website

I am currently using "smartsheet" an inline management tool however I dont need everything they offer.

I have what I call a "tracker" that I built into it. It really is just a excel spread sheet on steroids. Below is what I need for the excel spreadsheet to doing a wed-base excel sheets for me and my other peeps.

I will attach the excel sheet so you can see what all we track.

[login to view URL] sheet must be easy access and we someone is linked to it, any changes they make everyone needs to be able to see it.

2. Each line must have the ability to attached paperwork to that line only.

3. Each line must be able to have a place where you can write notes or copy and paste emails to keep a record of whats going on with that line.

4. Each line must be able to set reminders and when its set, the reminder goes to the email that its assigned to.

5. I have formulas for items. I have attached pictures so you can see. This is the key to everything for us

6. You must be able to filter columns or sort

7. You must be able to hide files once the close

8. The ability to have either drop downs, checkbox or dates for any columns.

I know it looks like too much data on one page however what we do we need to see everything all at one. If we want to temporarily hid lines for another person that is fine but we need to see all the data at all times. My team is always looking for the alerts on our deadlines.. we have to watch deadlines for the following

1. Binding agreement date column is what all the deadline dates are based of off. If the binding date is 7/21 the clock starts ticking on 7/22 for deadlines

3. Inspection Dead lines _ its different all the time so contracts says how many days we have and we need to know 24hrs before of deadline

4. Resolution deadlines: the way to determine this deadline, we must enter a date when we receive "repair" document, we put date it was received called a time stamp. Then we have to look at the contract to see how many days we have to come to an agreement. we put the days on the sheet and then it needs to notify us when it is 24 hours before deadline.

5. Appraisal to be ordered deadline ~ set days 14 after the binding agreement date

6. File 100% complete within 48hrs of binding date

Right now I have the ability to email the entire row with attachments and discussions and I will need that as well. I will attach a sample of an email I can send.

I train real estate assistants, after training the receive access to their own sheet but it will mirror the "master one" that is mine. So it will have to have the ability for each company to have their own sheet. HOWEVER they only need to see their own sheet. They never need to see other agents sheets. For example right now... I create them a new sheet, adjust the columns to how they want it then I link them to it. They never see mine just theirs. BUT I can always see their stuff. Kinda like the master behind it all so if they have questions or need help I can jump on their sheet.

The master sheet should be called RE Rescue Group C2C. The other tabs will be labeled and assigned after training. This is not something that people pay for it is just a tool I want to offer when I train them.

One final note: I have this connected to my website www.rerescuegroup.com. They fill out the form on C2C tab and it goes on my sheet. I would like that feature to stay. when I train, they would like a feature like that to use as well. Could there be a way we could create that so when their boss sends them a contract they can go to this site and fill in the blank and it goes to their sheet? Thoughts
