Convert a Photoshop template to a Website

What we expect: * Proper HTML/CSS/javascript code (provide a portfolio) * Website should look the same as the PSD file (unless you are sure you are making improvements to the design) * English communication via videocall * Deadline first iteration: Friday afternoon * Take into account that we will give feedback until we are satisfied with the work. Once you have been awarded for the project, we are easily reachable. * Deadline full project: Sunday (if not in time, no payment) The task is to convert a PSD file into HTML/CSS + javascript code. Most important part is a normal design with four tab windows, each containing about 15 buttons (or slidebars, textfields). There is also a top bar with 15 buttons (you don't have to take care about the functionality of these buttons, we are a team of engineers taking care of the back-end). Furthermore, there is a window with directories and files, where it must be possible to create and delete directories.
