I am looking for a consultant that has dealt with the hyper growth of internet websites dedicated to e-commerce.
[url removed, login to view] is a classifieds website providing services to 20 countries, recently launched.
The main questions I would like to get answered from the consultant would be:
1) How does [url removed, login to view] work in their usability testing, what hinders user confidence in usage, what makes them motivated or tired?
2) How can I get a mass amount of users to post their classified ads on the website? So far In 3 days, I have only been able to attract to advertisers, and the rest just bounce from the website.
3) What mistakes are in my ad in facebook, and how can I increase user conversion?
4) What are the best and most low cost ways to increase my viral reach?
5) 96% of all users are entering through mobile. I am currently only advertising on Facebook. Would google image ads do better conversion?
These are the main questions, but I would like to have an in depth consultation with an experienced person. No bogus consultants or fake consultants please, there are many people just applying to projects pretending they know, and giving very vague and useless thoughts in the project discussions. I need serious and experienced people, and need fast help, I am on a limited budget.
