Client to designer login/private area

Hi, I am looking for something so my clients can login and see where there project is at, send me messages, with a billing and invoice system. I would like a login page to popup and there must be some kind of admin area for me. When a client logs in they see: - A request area where they can post a message to me. (Submit work for me to do etc.) - Some kind of graph/meter to display progress of work done. - Some kind of box to show what i am currently working on. - Billing and invoice system display so they can see how much time its taken me at what rate per hour. - Payment options Please provide examples or a solution, and i am looking for someone cheap who can start asap.
