Changing existing static website into responsive website

Hello, I am an experienced Front End developer from Serbia, and I would like to do this project for you. I work on responsive websites every day on my job, and I'm on Freelancer during the evenings. I have done around 50 responsive websites in past 3 years, and I have experience on previously already done static websites (not planned for responsive). The links to few of them are down below. These websites are done in a custom CMS named Booster, developed by a Slovenian company that I worked for. CMS is very huge, as you could see on these links, if you're interested. It is hard to give an estimate on a website without looking at it at first.
