Build an Online Store for VPN connection + client apps

Hello, i need a website store to sell VPN connections ( openvpn , PPTP, SSTP, L2TP ... ) 1- have admin interface to manage users , install new servers - configure connections - manage payments and invoices ... - manage vpn client. Manage users: -Activate user, suspend user, update to VIP user... -Determinate What connection allowed to this user VPN PPTP, SSTP, L2TP ... -Each user must have his own login and password, even if i change the vpn server access , all user can got new parameters when they run the Client. -VIP user have discount (discount can be determinate in admin panel in %)( unlimited switches from server to other) - Determinate how much switches allowed for every user ( via default package or new package) Install new server: Install and configure via script, request root access to make install VPN server must be free license ( NOT [login to view URL] it’s not free ) In admin panel i can activate vpn server , or desactivate it , can see the status , running , stopped or ... with graphic LED green and red , how many users connected to this server, from what IP ( real user IP) Every server must show the country flag. Configure connections: I can configure the server what connection is allowed VPN, PPTP, SSTP, L2TP ... Manage Payment methods: Input type For API: so i can change the API at any time Bitcoin. Okpay. z-payment. Manage Invoices: User Auto update if the invoice is paid, user must be active, or suspended if the invoice not paid after period of 3 – 4 days. Auto send email notification if user account will be suspended due of non payment 1-2 days before. Manage VPN client: -We need the source code for the VPN client. Vpn client can be installed on: -Windows 64 and 32 bit (win 7 – 8 – 10 – XP ) -Mac -Android -ios Vpn client Requirment: Able to use socks for non direct connection to the vpn server Able to change the DNS or use DNS vpn server ( can see exp in [login to view URL] application) Connection must be dynamic so the user can switch from server to other.
