Hello! I would like to make site for you. I put lower bid, because I have not so much experience. But it will be enough to build site for you fast. I've seen many VPN selling sites in the Web. I will make main page with description of your services, social integration, separate page with plans and calculator, about us page, login page to admin/client panel. As for panels, there will be separate page with menu and buttons to manage user profile, perform actions. The similar idea I want to use while creating admin panel.
