Build an Online Store

Hello, everybody, I'm looking for a professional web developer to help me create a website for my startup ladies fashion store. This website needs to be responsive. I need the new eCommerce website with CMS for me to add and edit products and main text. (Standard type site with various product categories, about us, contact us, etc.) I would like the home page to feature a few special offer products that will also be found within the site product library. Will need to be able to upload numerous products images for each product. The site would be selling ladies fashion clothing. I will be using Paypal, Stripe, Payza, Bank transfer & cheque. But would need this to be easily linked from the product without having to add buttons on if possible. The shopping cart should allow for different delivery prices depending on country and also allow for promo discount code. Logo design At the same time, this is also somewhat of an experiment project, and my budget is very tight. I have a large CSV file which has been supplied by my supplier, so this would need to be integrated into the completed website design.
