Build an Online Store -- 2

Heres my idea, just let me know what you will charge and ill pay up front. Okay so I'm looking to get a website designed, something similar to iTunes music. How its going to work is, its going to be a website where people can basically find & buy dope new undiscovered music. I need a search engine system implemented that will allow the listener to filter through sub-genres and have only the type of music they want to hear pop up. Also I need a social media type profile system, where artists can sign up & upload there music. I designed a ranking system I want you to code that will allow artists with more songs uploaded on there profile to be a higher rank than those with less, and therefore show up higher on the search engine ranking. On top of this I'm hiring a team of trained ears, so that we can listen to all the music submitted by artists and decide whats worthy of being posted on the site, so what I need you to do is every time a beat is uploaded to the system it needs to be sent to a random one of my trained team members so he can either accept or decline its entry on to our website, then once its accepted it will be added to the search results and if declined will be deleted from our database. We want ONLY the best quality music uploaded, but we want to give everyone a chance. Lastly, the most crucial and probably the hardest part of the website I need designed will be the E-Commerce portion. I'm going to have a subscription type system on this website, so say for example you pay 5$ a month then you can purchase 5 songs from the website that month. Or 20$ a month for 30 songs or whatever it might be. I have roughly 30 different subscription plans and I need them each to be coded where when our customers make a purchase, me and all of the websites shareholders are automatically sent our % of the payment, and then when the customer chooses their song(s) the artists can automatically recieve their payments as well. I can find someone to do front end development if you aren't comfortable with doing it, but I'm in need of a back end developer at the moment ONLY.
