Build an Online Market Place

• A website and App (Android and iOS) which lets users buy and sell products. • Sellers can list their products and prices • Sellers can customize their price list page by adding images and descriptions of their online shop • Buyers can view products and sort by price, and other product specifications • Buyers can pay by debit/ credit card or paypal or arrange payment by cash if collecting the order from the seller’s house • The website should facilitate online payments into the business’ (my) merchant account • The business can maintain a full history of financial transactions • Sellers can maintain a full history of orders • Buyers can maintain a full history of orders • Sellers can track (in real time) their revenues including a breakdown of commissions and fees paid to the business (me) • Buyers can rate sellers on the quality of the product and delivery efficiency • Buyers can rate individual products • Buyers can pre-order products up to one week • Orders can be tracked (if possible in ‘real-time’) • Each seller can maintain an individual/ personal profile including images • Buyers have the option of disclosing their location which will be displayed on an interactive map (e.g. google maps) • Buyers and sellers can log into their own account and manage their preferences
