Agency Outsource Application

The project will be a cloud application, hosted on Amazon Web Services, that allows a lender to farm out a portfolio of delinquent accounts to a small set of third party debt collection agencies. This project will be the first phase of the application. Here are the main features for the first phase: - Build initial template and website design for application - Allow a lender to register for the application - Enable lender to provide contact information for collection agencies - Allow for collection agencies to logon to application to download their accounts to work - Allow for collection agencies to upload files to record payments and notes - Provide a dashboard view for the lender to see how their agencies are performing - Ensure it will deploy to Amazon Web Services Technologies - Prefer server side application to be done with C# .Net. Open to other suggestions. - Client side should use HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript - Open to discussing the database storage technologies My top priorities are the user experience, building a solid platform architecture, and security. I will assist with the architecture and design but do not have the time to do the coding. I will review the code and expect it to be high quality with test automation. Developer has opportunities for follow on phases if project is done well. Developer is expected to produce high level design of application architecture including technologies to be used before coding.
