Add retail section to wordpress website, and optimize for google search.

I need a retail section added to my existing WordPress website. I would like this to include certain features listed below. 1) An easily customizable and professional looking product displayed with pictures description of products, including but not limited to price, short description, image of product, and tagged as in-stock or out-of-stock and not allowing check outs for products that are out of stock. (I will provide product details and images) 2) Must include a shopping cart that can accept credit card payments. 3) I would like the option to provide free shipping for shopping cart totals that meet a certain threshold. Example: Free shipping for orders over $20. This needs to be easily editable that I can customize it myself. 4) Customizable shipping charges. I.E. Charging a flat rate of $5.99 for all products. 5) Only allowing orders with a shipping address within the U.S. 6) All items need to be editable by me with limited knowledge of website editing and no coding experience. I must be walked through the process of editing each item listed, and have a clear understanding of how to do this myself to be able to maintain the website independently. 7) I would also like my website optimized to be searchable by google and appear on the first page of search results. I think I'm getting pretty good website traffic already, but if there is a way to monitor how many people visit my site I'd also like to know how to do that.
