Create a Wordpress-based Deals Website

I'm looking to create a copy of this site: [login to view URL] I'd like it to be Wordpress-based. I'd like the design to be similar. I'd just need to be able to upload deals (as seen on the site), and I like the countdown clock they have on each deal. Pretty straightforward. When a visitor arrives, I need an overlay that collects your email address. I don't need a city field, just email. On the site, i basically need what is on that site, except I don't need dropdowns for different cities. I would like to be able to upload each deal in wordpress (likely each deal would be a post), with a title, some description text, and probably custom fields so I can put in the price and the discount percent (as you see on that site). It also needs a "buy now" button. I also like the countdown clock they have for each deal. From the homepage, if you click on the Title or on the end of the description blurb (only part of the description should appear on the homepage), it will go to a product detail page. That will contain the title, the price, the percent off, and a buy now button. The right column should also have a "related deals" sidebar (I should be able to categorize deals in the admin, and I know there's a Wordpress plug-in that can handle the related deals). I do not need space for photos, and I do not need a customer login on the site.
