CAN YOU HELP ME CREATE A MULTILINGUAL ADULT PHONE SEX SITE

This should be a MULTILINGUAL (icons for different languages, including English and Spanish) website. If a user clicks on the language icon, I want the website to reflect the language of that icon (Spanish, English, etc).
