Auction website for local business

I have the pre made auction theme built for wordpress which needs editing. I need online auction site for local business. The current theme has auction built and rating services: I need the following extra functionality: 1- Live countdown for auction. There is a countdown but static I have refresh to get the current count. 2- Allow buyers to pay online and we pay the seller after shipment is received. 3- Add shipping functionality -- which should be easy with the current theme just a drop down list. (details later) 4- Add a new page for a new service called ship and forward, which allows the seller to ship bulks directly to our store and we forward the shipments. 5- I need the seller to have the option to add extra items or group sold items if he chose ship and forward. 6- I need to add commission on transactions to be added to final price for sold items and generate monthly statments to sellers. Moreover, the seller should be able to pay the monthly fee online. 7- I need to add IBAN verification for the IBAN textfield we have in the registration. The IBAN calculator is publicly available on php. In addtion I need to add condition to only make the IBAN required if user not from a preapproved list of domains - which is feature no. 8-. 8- I need to add and configure proparly a whitelist for user registration from only specific domains.
