Create a Micro news (Gossip) Android App

This is a simple android project. Please do NOT use copy and paste bids for me. Write a well laid out proposal with details on what you will do, testing and debugging, timeline, what you will need, etc. A copy and paste bid will no cut it here. Now to the project, Users register using facebook or create account. The app will feature gossip rooms (different categories eg. rlationships, celebs, etc) where users can post any latest gist around them. It will also feature gist rooms (chat room-different categories and restrictions) where users can chatting the chat rooms (gist rooms) or invite other users to private chat. The third feature will be a leaderboard, like a ranking system, where users get points for every gossip post, extra points for featured gossips etc.. The admin can manage the site completely from the admin panel on the web, and edit and setup every detail of the site from there. Social: Users can login with fb, or lnk their fb account to the app. With this done, they can share any gossip they wanna share directly from the app to fb. Monetization: After the splash screen, there will be a screen where I can insert html ads code from admin. Also, gossips from admin stays at the top of the gossip list (featured). Also if possible, users can also feature their gossip posts by buying points via sms Deliverables: android app, source codes, web service, admin panel. Budget: You decide, just make your bid. The 10-30 is just a placeholder. We will eventually develop this on iOS (iphone and ipad), that we be in another negotiation in the future. We want native coding. And a very good design. Please send a detailed proposal for this project. You must demonstrate ability to design chat app, and also good testing and debugging procedures.
