B2B website - basic functionality

Hi, We are looking to develop a B2B website with basic functionality only. This site is an initial site for us until we incorporate our account management systems that users will use. At most, the site will consist of approximately 15 pages with only some basic e-mail enquiry forms. Price is not our only consideration. We are looking for a website developer with experience in optimising a website for search as well. Examples of your work that have been success optimised for search would be a great advantage. The timeframe for completion would ideally be 4 weeks but we are open to a longer time horizon if necessary. In terms of a milestone, we would prefer to pay 25% of the final price on completion of the basic structure of the site (without presentational completion). We are happy to negotiate further but please advise us what would be completed as part of this milestone. As part of the arrangement it will be important that we are transferred all rights and IP associated with the website. Any media assets used for the site must be free of copyright infringements and we must own them exclusively. Our preference is also for a design that will be easy to integrate with our backend systems (we are developing this ourselves). As such, if an excellent job is done, there is an opportunity to continue working with us as we roll out the rest of our offering.
