Clone single page as Joomla template

I am looking for a Joomla template that is laid out like this page: http:// www (dot) freshdirect (dot) com/ [login to view URL] Each box needs to be module so we can change content as necessary. Food box in the example would be place for video. We only need one page - not the whole website. Dimensions will be slightly different and box layout No footer/designer credits can be given. All rights will remain ours. No part of the work may be posted online, distributed or displayed anywhere or to anyone. Since the requirements are clear, you should be able to estimate the time required to complete so this is a fixed price project.
