Convert a Template to a Website2

We are looking for a freelancer or team to implement a new design to our website. We will provide the PSD files for the desktop and mobile versions of the website and a test and development server that you can use to integrate the new design with the Django app. Also the PSD files may be subject to small changes if we think it's necessary, and because of this some Django modifications may be necessary. Your portfolio and rating will be a strong plus. Any freelancer not up to the task should not waste anybody's time, because we are looking for a serious and competent freelancer to do this project. Prerequisites: - good communication skills - ability to work on a deadline - good understanding of HTML5 and can adapt the web design to fit our needs - good Django skills so you can make the design integrate perfectly with the Django back end
