Develop a responsive navigation bar for a wordpress website

I have a wordpress site which is responsive. There is a horizontal menu at the top. Normally, the menu bar fits well in the screen. But if the screen is too narrow, the menu items do not fit. I have found a solution, it puts any items which don't fit into a folder called "More". See the solution here: [login to view URL] I am looking for someone to implement this into my wordpress site. It should work on all devices and for all screen sizes. I will choose a developer based on past examples of creating/implementing scripts for wordpress. Here is an example to give you a better idea (imagine all of these menu items listed beside eachother, not on top of eachother like I've done in these examples.
