Create Dynamic navigation list and user login pages with small website

I am going to attach SQL file that will generate the tables and data on those tables. Those DB objects will be used for this code. I need to build asp.net webform site with following content Site should have left and top navigation. These should be visible to all .aspx pages . It should display Compnay Logo at left hand side corner. It should have decent style sheet.. Top Menu should have buttons Links for Home, Login, Logout,Contact, About Left hand side bar should have links to report groups. Please see logic below SiteMaster should have left vertical bar with link to ReportGroup Links should be enabled or disabled depending on user is logged in and GetLinkDetails procedure for that UserID returns Active for those links THere shoudl be [login to view URL] page WHen user is logged in and Click on reportgroup links from side bar, user shuould be able to reach to [login to view URL] page THis page should display text " Hello Welconme to Report Groyp Details" Also text retruned from Executing procedure GetReportGroupText @USerID varchar(100) ,@GroupName varcHAR(100) This page should display the links to aspx pages generated by Procedure GetReportLinkDetails When user clicks on these report links it should direct to following .aqspx pages Add Blank .ASPX pages for each of of Reports to Project [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] When user clicks logout link, user should be logged out and no link from report group should function To get this project person should send me layout of website and detail understanding of the functionality
