Convert a Word doc to a Webpage -- 3

We have the content that we want to use and a design idea but we need someone to convert it to a real page. The page is just an idea of what we want and it doesn't have to look exactly like it.
On page 3 of 6, that is when you have the items load, and on the pages after (4,5,6) it's when it gets hovered on. We want the whole thing to be a link and we also want a button that says "Show Systems" or something like that at the bottom in each of those boxes which is something we did not get to put in.
The design can be changed in color and/or style of the boxes. The content "Why Should I buy a Water Softener" would go below the category boxes. I hope this all makes sense. Please contact me if you have any questions.
