Convert a Template to a Website

I have a project that is required in a very short timeframe, please only bid on the project if you can complete it within 2 days. Objective Turn Excel spreadsheet (attached) into an online web app that is easy to use and links automatically and provides a CSV/Excel download of information. This will remove a lot of manual labor that is currently involved. Purpose This spreadsheet currently measures all participants in our Level 2,3,4 & 5 coaching programs and which courses they are enrolled in. (Note: There will be an opportunity to expand program offered.) Participants, are employees of companies who get signed up to do tertiary training to up skill on our specific courses. This document measures what program a participant belongs, who they are, and what Unit Standards (course) they are enrolled in and what standards they have passed or failed. We must send off credit summaries to the National Certifier to get the students grades approved at the end of each month and quarter. See the attached spreadsheet for more info
