Convert a Template to a Website

Need someone who is familiar with Simple Machine Forum and would be able to set up a forum on a hosted 1and1 site. SMF is already downloaded on the site using a registerd domain name. I have listed specific tasks that need to be implemented. Since I am not a techie I need someone who has worked with with and implemented SMF. Open items include: A free, already selected, SMF theme downloaded to become the new theme. A new heading loaded onto the theme. The first page to be a static page which will be the takeoff into the site. Only registered users will be able to logon and participate and read the forum. Registration to include a capcha feature. Only those over 13 to be able to register (which (I believe) already exists in the new version of SMF. Registration data to be modified so that only basic info required to register and to participate in the SMF forum chat room will be required. No avatars to be permitted. A module that will permit adsense and other advertising to be shown on the SMF based site. Future mods will permit links to facebook, twitter and other social media, but not as part of phase 1. Ongoing availability to work with me on SMF changes and to answer questions.
