Convert a Template to a Website

I have a website, it is a single page website, you can see it on the attached image. It is composed by a slider and 6 sections. I have only made the navbar: [login to view URL] I need someone able to finish the slider(any plugin is fine) and make the 6 sections remaining using [login to view URL] for navigation(couldnt be simplier). I know about this subject but I have not the time right now to do it, so before bid please be sure you can do this, for someone who knows how to do it it will not take so much, I will provide all source files, images, psd files and all what you need to start working. When writing your bid proposal please but **** sign marks before and show some of your works. Thank You.
