Hello Freelancer will need to look at my provided PSDs (8 pages) and convert these into HTML/CSS and JS. The 8 pages (PSDs) are currently for desktop website, I will need the freelancer while doing the HMTL slice to make it also responsive and work on mobile. The freelancer will have the freedom to design the responsive breakpoints and display. Its the freelancers freedom to design that part. Later I want the freelancer to implement these 8 views in a pre existing CMS script, this CMS is written in PHP and uses Mysql as DB. The views in this CMS are currently done in Smarty (.tpl) it will be needed for the freelancer to be able to deal with this templating language. I will also require small plug-in install to this CMS for their Media display. they have a plug-in I will just need you to add it. Summery: - Need 8 PSD made into responsive HTML/CSS web pages - Need these 8 pages implemented into a fresh install of a specific CMS (PHP, Mysql, Smarty .tpl) - Need small plug-in additions to the CMS

i usually use css from scratch to build my site or my company site. Since my job is web developer i always test my site to work in any major browsers even for ie 6.0 (and i will notify if the site is compatible to ie 6.0)
