Let me share with you that I am a MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) working in ASP.Net & MS SQL2012/2014 with 8 years of experience. The wireframe that you have provided is basically for Mobile version. I completely understand the flow chart. It has all the details for the User side, However you have not mentioned any details for Admin Panel. I believe the Admin Panel will have the similar functionality but in a different format to manage the users and the website. If we develop the project it will be fully responsive (Cross Browser Compatible- HTML5) with bootstrap. It will be responsive for all screen sizes from a 3 inch mobile to 20 inch desktop. Apart from the live score RSS feed or Java Script and Video Plugin we would need the GPS function to track the near by schools. For my Professionalism, Reliability and communication feedback you can always speak to our ongoing/past clients. They will give you a honest feedback of ours.
