I am looking for a programmer to develop a online shopping mall like T mall & Taobao must be in English and Chinese simplified and traditional. I will need 3 templates for retailers to choose from and this can be done all online. A number of features per store basis. This is all done through the web based administration screens for the mall. These include: Inventory image uploading shopping basket Customer Management Discounts Banner Advertising keyword searching and the ability for shop owners to buy banner space and keywords. feed back and ranking of products and quality. Conversion tracking from click through rate etc.
