Add functionality to existing opencart website

I have an opencart website [url removed, login to view]
I want products to display countrywise and under two currency, few products will be for India only and they wwill have INR pricing and few for rest of the world with USD pricing.
The USD pricing will be inserted through admin and its not auto converted from INR.
Need this to be done in 1day.
