coin auction website

hi! my project is a coin auction website - like ebay but just for old coins. coin sellers can list as many coins as they want for whatever price - for £10 per month which they pay to me by paypal. There is no buy it now, reserve price, additional image fee, listing fee or end of auction fee charges the only fee is the £10 per month membership fee, which id like to be automatically invoiced to the client after every month. coin buyers can register with no charges. i would want certain members to have their first month free, or be free permanently so id need an admin section where i can type their username and the sort of reduction they would get. in the main page i would like there to be a list of the types of coin down the left hand side, eg penny, florin, sovereign, etc. when clicked id this menu to drop down showing the dates, eg "Victoria (1837 - 1901)", Edward VII (1901 - 1910)".. etc. This list will be of all the rulers of england to the present day. id like to be able to enter these myself. as the site is british, id like british coin types to be displayed, then below a "rest of world" category, when clicked this branches out to continents - europe, north america, south america etc, when clicked again it extends to each country in this category (pm me if this doesnt make sense) id like users to have the option to search the year, type, or country of coin, so please make an easy to use search. When somebody lists a coin id like it to be like ebay - they select the category, the title etc but with the extra feature of selecting the year of the coin (i guess that would make the search by year easier?) if the category isnt there, (eg for all coins of the world) the user can create a new category in the country they have chosen. regarding colours and layout, i want a smooth, cool layout which fits with my logo (see attached) - but the layout must look professional and really great - attached is a stock image i like which could be integrated somewhere? obviously on the main page id like recently added, most viewed, and features like that, see the attached images which id like as headings on the main page. for the images of coins which people have added on the main page, id like a cool mouse over which enlarges the picture. lol i love features like that which make it look cool, so please think of other things like that to make it look all the more appealing and professional. I like the idea of a white background, with texts surrounded by rounded edges. i also like "windows vista" style colours ie dark colours which shine. oh and of course the site must have good SEO. regarding payment, im happy to pay by paypal however there must be a working version of the site up and running first. I am willing to pay an installment when the layout is perfect, and i can see that the auction coding works. the site must be online asap - so id like all bidders to post a preview of their idea for my site, and the best one which can be made quickest will win. thanks, Torre
