AM&S Website Ranking

We have a website [login to view URL] since 2005 that is mostly informational. We are now looking for professional guidance and assistance to improve our website to market to and attract prospective clients who are in need of our Direct Mail Marketing service (which we offer throughout the USA), and can generate leads for us through Page 1 rankings in Google, Yahoo & MSN: Turnkey Direct Mail Marketing by optimizing our site when any of the following keywords are searched (No PPC). Turnkey direct mail, Direct Mail, Direct Mail Marketing, Postcard Marketing, Postcard Printing, Full color printing, etc. and similar other terms. For the past few years we have been getting business leads from similar-to-GAF sites for the direct mailing industry and now want to generate our own leads. This would be a first project for us, but if we find the right service providers, we can also market SEO, Search Engine Marketing, Build Websites, etc for our current and new clients, mostly small to mid-size USA businesses. I have seen many of these standard descriptions in other GAF projects and copying it here as my understanding of what I believe I need done. Nothing complicated here. Simply back link building to bring our site to Page 1. We have another business website ([login to view URL]) that we need to do the same thing for, as a second project based on the success of the first one. We need: One Way Links. Static & Permanent One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. Link must not reside on a page with more than 30 outbound links Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) Links should include the target keywords and or key phrases as a title tag on the text hyperlink. Links should then be followed by a brief description of our website also including related keywords. NO RelNoFollow (rel="nofollow") links in the code. Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages. Links should not be listed on drug, porn, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or backlisted). Links should not be on web pages that are disallowed by [login to view URL] tag. Links should not be from framed pages All links should be free and not paid and not in the footer as well. All links must be from a different domain and IP address (from different class c block). Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). Links must be in text, no graphics. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.. The old co-op advertising sites are no good as well. I understand that achieving Page 1 rankings are not immediate, so we will consider those service providers willing to work on a continuous month to month basis to get us to that point and keeping us on Page 1. We are looking for your professional guidance and suggestions. Please, please only bid if you are really good in this area and can achieve the results and have done it for other websites here in the USA.
