Development and Design of our members Page

What we need edited and updated is the members only page. When the people enter there login and password into the form at the top of our home page, they will be taken to the members only page. This page is currently at the url [login to view URL] . The update of this page will include a menu with drop down box functions, and linked to approximately 3 - 4 pages that will need to be coded. I will provide you with all the layout designs we are looking for as MS word documents. the members only page will also require a form where people can enter information for it to be sent to an e-mail address of ours. this will need to be coded I have only provided a basic layout of this page so you will need to add some design formatting. One of the pages that will need to be coded is called the AFFILIATES & SUPPLIERS PAGE. I have designed the layout for this also on MS word for you. This page is simply text, images and buttons linking to other already existing websites and information we have. Any images, files or information will be e-mailed to you to make your job as simple as possible. Another page that will need to be coded is the PROGRAMS page. This is only text, images and files all supplied by us to you through e-mail. I have a MS word document layout for this also. Another page that will need to be coded is the PRODUCTS page. this page is only text and images and is very small at the moment as we do not have any products for sale yet. I will provide a MS word document layout for this. it is very small.
