The theme will require its own built in modules including video translation from any format, enable faster uploads, new integrated player, etc etc stage 1 - you will be required to provide 3 proposals with all the recommended integrated features along with a budget and draft project plan stage 2 - provide full design, detailed budget, and detailed project plan stage 3 - implementation of theme, modules, server configuration, monitoring and testing, stage 4 - full UAT testing using pc, macs,iphones, ipads, android devices and other popular mobile devices stage 5 - sign off and full monitoring and support for 3 months post completion.
